Hero TV site, down? O.o?

I was trying to get to the official site of Hero TV, in the Philippines and when i finally found it.. It seems to be down for quite some time now.. Down, what I mean is not functioning..specifically the forum.. when I'm clicking the forum, this site appears..

Is this really the official Hero Forum site? If it is. It doesn't look like one.. I'm having a hard time here some one help!!! please!! especially the hero forumers.. Help Extended is in Advance Appreciated.. ho-ho..
